Cancelling
and Re-scheduling Appointments

to our schedule, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice. This
allows other patients to schedule an appointment during that
time. Failure to call will result in a $25 charge for the missed
appointment. In case of emergency, this policy will not be in
effect for the first occurrence. Please call our office or leave
a message after business hours. |
